May I introduce myself — I’m Pandi. Nice to meet you.

The Tourisfair Team decided to adopt a panda and let their community place votes on a month long quest to find me. And here I am.

I was told that, far away, in Europe, a team of two entrepreneurs brainstormed on how to revolutionize the startup travel industry and came up with the idea to adopt an animal of an endangered species — which I am.

I know that there are other animals who need help with repopulation but the majority of their community fortunately chose the Giant Panda.

As I am still considered a cub, I need to stay with my mother until I am old enough to start going on adventures.
I was born on August 21st, 2021 at Wolong Shenshuping Base in China, where I’m currently having the time of my life. The care takers are there for us 24/7, feed us, and play with us. If one of us gets stuck while roaming around, they help us. too.

My absolute favourite food is bamboo! Although I also need some milk until I’ve reached adulthood. Until then, I’m enjoying my childhood here at Wolong Shenshuping Base.

I was so excited when I heard about Nizar and Gustavo from Tourisfair wanting to adopt me. They’ve asked me if I’d like to help out planning trips for everyone interested in future, and I immediately said yes.
Because I know, in order to create the perfect trip plans, I have to travel myself to get first hand experience, and who wouldn’t want that?!

I will start my apprenticeship to gain more knowledge very soon and am happy to meet you and many other travelers. Don’t worry, I am a Giant Panda, but won’t get taller than 90 centimeters ;)
